Becoming a mum can be a beautiful time, but for many it comes with feelings of isolation, overwhelm, and stress. If you are consistently feeling worried, low or tired, and struggling to find moments of joy in parenting, then Out of the Fog may help. This group therapy course is designed to provide a supportive space where you can connect with other parents who understand what you’re going through and develop strategies to help you thrive as a parent.

What is Out of the Fog?

Out of the Fog is a structured, evidence-based course designed to support mums in their journey through perinatal depression and anxiety.

  • 10 week course with 2 individual sessions and 8 group sessions
  • Facilitated by two registered counsellors
  • Up to 6 mums in each group
  • Bring baby along
  • Morning tea provided
  • Opportunity for additional support
  • FREE, thanks to generous funders and supporters
